Global Coach Tours will give you a quote with no hidden charges. There are no taxes to pay on coach tours booked in the UK, although tours involving flights or cruises may attract airport/port taxes and fuel surcharges. We will make these clear in our quote. 

Above all we give you first class service when booking your coach tour. If you are booking from outside the UK, your tour may cost less booking through us than the regular price for the same tour in your home country. Try us.

Frequent Traveler
If you traveled with Trafalgar or Insight in the last 2 years, let us have your booking reference OR your previous tour name and travel date. If you qualify, you get a 5% discount. In the last 3-5 years this reduces to 3% with Trafalgar.

Advance Payment Discount
Save up to 10%
Many Trafalgar tours sell out months before the departure date, so book NOW to avoid disappointment. The earlier you pay, the more you save! If you book and pay in full you'll save up to 10% off the Land-only portion of your trip. Below is our Early Payment Saving options - pay between:
4-6 months SAVE 2.5%
7-9 months SAVE 5%
10-12 months SAVE 7.5%
Over 12 months SAVE 10%

Save 5% Children's Discount
Discounts are for children only, sharing twin of triple room with one or more adults. Children between 5-12 depends on tour. Children between 13-17 receive a teen discount of 5%

Save Single Room Supplement
(Room Mate matching service) Designed to cut cost of hotel accommodations for the single person traveling alone. If you choose this service and they fail to match you on the day of travel they provide a single room at no extra cost. Available on most but not all tours. To guarantee a single room at the time of booking, a supplement would be payable.

Many Trafalgar clients select their next holiday well in advance of their travel date.  So due to popular demand, we are now accepting bookings for 2008 tours which will enable you to secure a full 10% Early Payment Discount.

All you have to do to take advantage of this incredible offer is select one or more of Trafalgar’s 2007 holidays, book and pay in full a year in advance of your 2008 departure date and you’ll receive a 10% discount*.  Discounts are also available if you book and pay in full prior to your tour departure between: 10-12 months to save 7.5%, 7-9 months to save 5% and 4-6 months to save 2.5%.

*Terms and conditions:

1. Deposit must be received within 7 days of booking. Bookings must be made and paid in full at least 12 months prior to the tour departure to secure this discount. The following sliding scale of Early Payment discounts apply. For full payment
received 1 year or more in advance of tour departure - save 10%, 10 to 12 months - save 7.5%, 7 to 9 months - save 5%, 4 to 6 months - save 2.5%.
2. Payments are to be made according to 2007 brochured prices. *Once 2008 pricing becomes available (in late October) the 10% discount will be applied to the new price. Any difference between the 2007 and 2008 tour price will be either reimbursed or charged. Once you have been advised of the 2008 pricing levels you have 30 days to either opt out of the booking (without penalty), or pay the difference, should the 2008 cost have increased.
3. Trafalgar’s Early Payment discount is not valid on the following products: Turkey, Egypt, Greece and Greek cruises, Free & Easy holidays, train based itineraries, Alaskan cruises, Mexico and pre/post tour accommodation and European River Cruising.
4. Please note: 2008 tours are not guaranteed to operate as per 2007 itineraries. 2008 tour dates will be booked based on our existing departure schedules, but will be subject to change until confirmed 2008 dates are loaded in reservations. The Early Payment discount is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the 2007 brochure, but will be superseded by the 2008 terms and conditions upon publication.
