Angeles to Phoenix/Scottsdale

DAY 2 MONDAY OR FRIDAY

Phoenix/Scottsdale to Sedona

Grand Canyon (237 m/381 km)

Morning departure through
the garden desert of Arizona,

visiting Montezuma’s Castle,
the ancient Indian cliff

dwellings of the Sinaguas
tribe. The journey continues to

the lovely city of Sedona and then through Oak Creek Canyon.

The area, known for its
spectacular landscapes, has

been the setting of many
movies. The day ends with a visit

of the Grand Canyon, one of the seven natural wonders of

the world.

DAY 3 TUESDAY OR SATURDAY

Grand Canyon to Monument Valley

Lake Powell h Kanab area (380 m/612 km)

This morning, continue along
the south rim of the Grand

Canyon to the Painted Desert and Monument Valley, land

of the Navajo Indian. The
valley’s unforgettable landscapes

include mesas, buttes and
rock spires. After Monument

Valley, continue along to
Page and Lake Powell, one of the

worlds largest man-made lakes.
Later in the afternoon, cross

the Colorado River and travel on to your final destination.

DAY 4 WEDNESDAY OR SUNDAY

Kanab area to Bryce Canyon to Zion to Las Vegas

Early morning departure for
the visit of yet another

spectacular National Park: Bryce Canyon. The canyon

has a symphony of colors and
shapes that will leave you

breathless. Continue on to Zion National Park, a popular

destination with rock
climbers for its unique landscapes

and majestic plateaus. The
wonders continue at our final

destination Las Vegas, the city of lights and entertainment.

DAY 5 THURSDAY OR MONDAY

Las
Vegas to Los Angeles (269 m/430 km)

The morning is free to enjoy
Las Vegas. Relax at the pool,

shop or visit any of the
many attractions in this bustling

resort. Option to end tour
in Las Vegas or at noon,
depart

west through the deserts of
southern California. Arrival in

the Los Angeles area in late afternoon

The price shown is for the tour only. If you want us to arrange the flight from the UK the whole package is tailor made just for you based on your UK departure airport and choice of hotel in the joining and departure cities.

Child price applies to children 16 and under and over 8 years, sharing a room with 2 adults. Children under 8 years old will not be allowed on this escorted tour.

We can arrange:

Flights to the departure city from the UK, transfers to your hotel. As a minimum we suggest 1 night before the tour and 1 night after the tour at a centrally located hotel.

After an overnight flight back to the UK, home landing is the next day.
If a flight inclusive package is purchased it is ATOL protected by Travel 2. The coach tour is operated by Allied T Pro.

Good to Know Before You Go

HOW DO I JOIN THE TOUR?

We provide pick up points as well as departure times for all Escorted Tours. We highly recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the stated departure time. We are not able to make exceptions to these locations.

CAN I PURCHASE ACCOMMODATION PRIOR TO THE TOUR DEPARTURE OR AFTER THE TOUR ENDS?

AlliedTPro has protected a block of rooms at selected hotels from which the tour starts and ends.

ARE TRIPLE AND QUAD ROOMS AVAILABLE?

Yes - triple as well as quadruple rooms are available. However, these rooms will have two double beds. Rollaways are subject to availability and additional cost, payable locally. Rooms with an occupancy of 5 or more are always on

request.

ARE TRANSFERS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE?

Unless specifically stated, transfers are not included in the price of our Escorted Tours. These may be booked at an additional cost. AlliedTPro must receive correct flight information at least 10 days prior to arrival in order to ensure this.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE ON TOURS?

AlliedTPro strongly recommends that children be a minimum of 12 years old to participate on our Escorted Tours. Bookings for children under the age of 8 will not be accepted. On tours that overnight in Las Vegas, one person per room must be a minimum of 21 years old. On all other tours, one person per room must be a minimum of 18 years old.

CAN WE BOOK CONNECTING ROOMS?

Connecting rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

CAN WE REQUEST SMOKING / NON SMOKING ROOMS?

AlliedTPro will do all possible to honour these requests. However, we cannot guarantee a specific type of room will be available.

WILL THERE BE ANY ITINERARY / HOTEL CHANGES?

AlliedTPro reserves the right to substitute alternate hotels of similar or higher quality. We also reserve the right to reverse and / or modify the itinerary. These changes will be advised to your travel agent one month prior to your departure date.

WILL REFUNDS BE GRANTED FOR ANY UNUSED PORTION OF THE TOUR?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any unused portion

of the tour.

WHAT HAPPENS SHOULD WE MISS THE DEPARTURE DUE TO FLIGHT DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS?

It will be your responsibility to join the tour if your flight has been delayed or cancelled. AlliedTpro will provide assistance. However, any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the passenger.

ARE GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES ACCEPTED ON TOURS?

AlliedTPro will do all possible to accommodate requests for guests with disabilities but reservations cannot be automatically confirmed as not all coaches are equipped to accommodate wheelchairs and special arrangements will need to be made. Passengers needing assistance for personal needs must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion. Guests with disabilities wishing to book an escorted tour should be aware that our coaches are not equipped with lifts for wheelchairs. If the guest requires a wheelchair, it needs to be collapsible.

WHEN WILL THE HOTEL LIST BE AVAILABLE FOR ESCORTED TOURS?

21 days before departure service.

CAN WE RESERVE OUR SEAT ON THE COACH?

In fairness to all passengers, AlliedTPro has established a

seat rotation schedule during the course of our tours. Unfortunately,

we are not able to honor requests for special needs.
