They use excellent first class hotels located in premium locations. This means you can leave your hotel and walk to some of the main attractions when there is free time. Plenty of sightseeing highlights are included. They also feature "tour and cruise" plus "Easy Pace" and "Country Roads" tours which give far more time to explore. Easy Pace can work out much better value than just a City Break. Minimum age for accompanied children is 5 years. Maximum 3 guests per room.
 

Choose Trafalgar First Class, the world best selling escorted tour operator with hundreds of places to go. Trafalgar first class tours stay in centrally located First Class hotels. Included is buffet breakfast daily and more sightseeing highlights. 48 guests per tour. Minimum age for accompanied children is 5 years. Maximum 3 guests per room.

Insight Vacations Essentials - Formerly known as "Supersaver" First Class tours in Europe use standard coaches, but as with Trafalgar CostSaver you receive the same standard of care and expert tour guides as the first class tours. Usually maximum of 48 guests per tour. Minimum age for accompanied children is 5 years. Maximum 3 guests per room.

 

With Trafalgar Cost Saver you receive the same standard of care and expert tour guides as the first class tours. Cost Saver hotels are guaranteed Superior Tourist class or better and continental style breakfast daily. The hotels are located on the edge of cities and towns. Up to 53 guests per tour.

 

Trafalgar Breakaway - a few tours for 21-38 age group. A more upmarket alternative to Contiki.

Minimum age for accompanied children is 8 years. Maximum 3 guests per room. Up to 53 guests per tour. A few selected Platinum departures with 40 guests for a supplement, but the hotels are the same.

18-35? You may want to choose Contiki, the leading escorted tour operator for this age group. 18-35s can travel with other tour operators if they prefer, but alas those not 18-35 cannot travel on a Contiki tour. Twin share on most hotel tours but single rooms are available for a supplement and on some tours additional savings apply if you opt for triple share at the time of booking. Camping tours are two person tents. Other Contiki tours use quad share.
