Day 1 : Arrive Bracciano
Ciao! Our unforgettable weekend kicks off this morning with a meet and greet at Bracciano Station. Here, we'll meet the truffle hunting master himself, Matteo, who'll brief us and - the bit you've been waiting for - introduce us to his adorable but expertly trained truffle hunting dogs. With introductions - and petting - out of the way, we'll head to the woods where the hunt is on! We'll spend the afternoon with Matteo and his pups, hunting and foraging for one of the most precious commodities in the culinary world. After the hunt is done, we'll take our edible gems to the hunting master's cooking school, where we'll learn how to prepare them in delicious traditional recipes. After the cooking class we'll get to enjoy the fruits of our labour washed down with local wine, before heading to the villa for a chilled night together.

It's a hard life.

Day 3 : Depart Bracciano
It's another relaxed start to the day as we enjoy a delicious breakfast at the villa before our complimentary transfer to Bracciano Train Station. Whether you take the transfer or make your own departure arrangements, it will be sad goodbyes all round this morning as our trip comes to an end. But the cooking skills will be fresh in our memories, and we'll be eager to show off to friends and family back home.
