Over 5 days, you’ll carve through the slopes, settle into cosy Gasthof life and throw yourself into Hopfgarten’s vintage-inspired mountain buzz. Think DJs, retro après, colourful outfits and themed events across the mountain, all building up to the big one: Retro Ski Day with bold vintage looks and mountain-wide throwback vibes making it all feel extra iconic.

Hopfgarten im Brixental: Once a week we’re inviting you to grab your skis, wrap up warm and follow a local guide around the mountain.  

Hopfgarten im Brixental: Perfect way to warm up after a long day of skiing? Lounging in a sauna, of course! And guess what? You'll have access to our very own sauna (open 4-9 PM) in the hostel. Yeeees! 

Hopfgarten im Brixental: Tune into the soundtrack of Retro Week with live music and DJs bringing big throwback energy to the mountain. From Hopfgarten to Itter, the slopes will come with a side of feel-good beats.

Welcome to the snow globe. The next 5 days will be all about retro fits, throwback tracks and carving it up in proper old-school style. Jump on the Wörgl pick-up or make your own way to Haus Schöneck — where you’ll meet your new crew and get settled in. Tonight will be all about sorting your gear, locking in the vibe and getting ready for a week that’s equal parts ski trip and retro fever dream.

Over the next few days, Hopfgarten will lean fully into Retro Week, with vintage looks, live music on the mountain and throwback energy everywhere you turn. You'll ski, explore, take a lesson or just soak it all in by day — then bring out the retro fits as the whole resort turns the nostalgia all the way up. The big one? Day 3, when Retro Ski Day will take over town with live acts, loud colours and huge feel-good mountain energy.

After 5 days of retro chaos in the best way, it’ll be time to say goodbye after breakfast. Not ready to hang up the skis just yet? You’ll still be able to squeeze in one last mountain moment before heading off to your next destination. One final run in retro? You know you wanna.
