Day 1 : Welcome to Cairns

Meet your Travel Concierge for a Welcome Dinner at the Reef House Restaurant, where you will enjoy a meal made from seasonal ingredients as you overlook the crystal-clear water of the Coral Sea.

Accommodation : The Reef House Palm Cove, Cairns.

Day 2 : The Ancient Daintree Rainforest and Indigenous Culture

Join your Local Expert for a fascinating exploration of UNESCO World Heritage Site Daintree National Park and learn about the relationship the indigenous Kuku Yalanji people have with their land. Enjoy lunch in the quaint Daintree village.

Day 3 : Cairns Natural Wonders

Choose to cruise the crystal-clear waters of the Great Barrier Reef immersed in the kaleidoscope of colors. Or, take in the local culture visiting the vibrant Kuranda village.

Day 4 : Into the Outback

Discover the domes of Kata Tju?a, and join your Travel Concierge for a guided walk deep through whistling Walpa Gorge. Tonight, delight your senses over sparkling wine, appetizers and a multi-coloured sunset at Uluru, an icon of Australia.

Day 5 : Ulu?u and Kata Tju?a

Greet the dawn as renowned Artist Bruce Munro’s Field of Light art installation of coloured glass spheres light up Ulu?u. Embrace the ancient stories of the Anangu people before visiting the Mutitjulu Waterhole and enjoying a three-course The Sounds of Silence Dinner.

Day 6 : On to Melbourne

This morning, fly to Melbourne, the cultural and food capital of Australia. Later this evening, enjoy a delicious dinner in a local restaurant.

Day 7 : The Yarra Valley

Venture to the Yarra Valley famous for its boutique local food and wine and breathtaking scenery. Firstly, visit the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie to take a Masterclass. Visit a local winery to learn about their vintages before enjoying lunch. Lastly, visit the famous Four Pillars Gin Distillery and experience a gin tasting before returning to Melbourne for an evening at leisure.

Day 8 : Melbourne to Sydney

This morning take a tour of the city seeing the main sights before a walk through the world-famous laneways with their graffiti and art. You will then have lunch at a restaurant specialising in Indigenous food from the Torres Strait region, Big Esso by Mabu Mabu. Later you will fly to Sydney where you will have a free evening to explore the vibrant harbour city.

Day 9 : Sydney Included Choice & Hunter Valley

Enjoy a Sydney sightseeing tour including seeing the famed Mrs. Macquarie's Chair. Customise your day and join an Aboriginal guide for a 90-minute leisurely walkabout through the Rocks District. Or say ‘cheers’ to your local guide on a historic walking tour of some of Sydney’s oldest pubs.

Day 10 : Hunter Valley Wine Region

Spend the day exploring renowned wineries of the Hunter Valley Wine Region, best known for Semillion and Shiraz. Enjoy private wine tastings at some of the region's top estates and sit down to an exceptional tasting lunch. Visit the cellar doors, a cheese shop and a chocolatier this afternoon before spending the evening at leisure.

Day 11 : Sydney Harbour Lunch Cruise

Day 12 : Sydney at Leisure Relaxed Start

Wake up to a day at leisure in the harbour city of Sydney. You may choose to climb the Sydney harbour Bridge or take the ferry to Manly Beach. Late afternoon, join a VIP guided tour of the Sydney Opera House before a celebration dinner at Peter Gilmore’s Bennelong restaurant.

Day 13 : Farewell Sydney

After breakfast, bid farewell to your fellow travellers and transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
